Clear, thoughtful answers to help you feel informed, supported and grounded as you explore the work.
A Place to Begin
The Questions That Often Come Before the Journey
Every experience is personal. These answers offer a helpful starting point, but if something is not covered here, a discovery call is the best place for nuance.
Before You Begin
Answers That Create Clarity
The right experience should feel aligned, transparent and supportive. Take your time exploring these questions.
What does an integrative hypnotherapy session actually feel like?
You remain fully conscious, present and in control the entire time. Gentle induction is used to help you access a naturally occurring relaxed-yet-aware state where subconscious insight becomes more available.
All imagery, understanding and awareness arise from within you. Stephanie simply holds a steady, supportive space while you explore.
Is somatic work safe if I’m working through trauma?
The work is approached through a trauma-informed lens that prioritizes choice, pacing, consent and nervous-system awareness.
You are never asked to force, relive or move beyond what feels manageable. The intention is to create enough internal safety for awareness and transformation to unfold gradually.
How is private coaching and mentorship structured?
Private coaching is tailored to your goals, current season and individual needs. Sessions may draw from The RETURN Journey™, somatic practices, nervous-system support, breathwork, hypnotherapy and reflective coaching.
The structure is intentional but flexible, creating a steady container that can meet you where you are while supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
How do I know which service is right for me?
You do not need to have the answer before reaching out. Some people feel drawn to a focused hypnotherapy experience, while others benefit from ongoing coaching or the immersive nature of a retreat.
A discovery call allows you to share what you are navigating and explore which doorway feels most aligned.
What practices may be included in the work?
Depending on the experience, the work may include somatic practices, nervous-system regulation, breathwork, meditation, PLR integrative hypnotherapy, yoga, Qigong, Reiki, ceremony and reflective coaching.
Every practice is selected intentionally and offered as an invitation rather than a requirement.
Do I need prior experience with meditation, yoga or holistic healing?
No prior experience is required. Each practice is introduced with guidance, context and options so that you can participate in a way that feels appropriate for your body and comfort level.
How will I prepare for a retreat?
Once your place is confirmed, you will receive a thoughtful preparation guide covering travel logistics, packing essentials, nervous-system priming practices and an optional one-to-one intention-setting call with Stephanie.
The intention is for you to arrive softened, supported and ready to receive—not scrambling to prepare.
What can I expect from the retreat environment?
Retreats are designed as intentional, heart-centered spaces where participants can rest, reflect, connect and experience meaningful personal growth.
The environment is collaborative rather than hierarchical, with an emphasis on respect, choice, authentic community and shared care.
I feel called to this. How do I begin?
Begin by scheduling a discovery call. You will have space to share what is drawing you toward the work, ask questions and explore the next step without pressure.

You will also have the option to schedule a private intention-setting call with Stephanie before the retreat.
