These Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policies apply to services, programs, products, retreats, tours, events, certifications, courses, mentoring, coaching, workshops, sessions, and other offerings provided by Travel Life Collective, LLC, including those offered under the brand Stephanie Moyer Mentoring.
Throughout these Terms, “Travel Life Collective,” “Stephanie Moyer Mentoring,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Travel Life Collective, LLC and its applicable brands, programs, facilitators, contractors, and offerings.
By purchasing, registering for, booking, accessing, or participating in any of our offerings, you (“participant,” “client,” “student,” “customer,” “guest,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Booking, Registration & Payment
A nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure your place in a retreat, tour, program, certification, event, or other offering.
Full payment is due according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking or purchase. Failure to make required payments by their due dates may result in cancellation of your participation and forfeiture of amounts already paid.
Payment plans may be offered at our discretion. When selecting a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the terms presented at purchase.
Purchasing through a payment plan does not convert the purchase into a month to month service unless expressly stated. You remain responsible for the full agreed purchase price.
2. Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Deposits
All deposits are strictly nonrefundable and nontransferable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Retreats & Tours
The remaining balance for retreats and tours is due 60 days before the scheduled start date, unless another payment schedule is specifically provided at booking.
All payments made toward retreats and tours are nonrefundable for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel delays, flight cancellations, natural disasters, family emergencies, pandemics, changes in personal circumstances, inability to travel, or a participant's decision not to attend.
Once payments are received, funds may be committed toward accommodations, venues, transportation, facilitators, activities, vendors, and other expenses that may be nonrefundable to us.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation protection.
Programs, Certifications, Courses, Mentoring & Other Services
Unless a specific offering expressly states otherwise, payments for programs, certifications, courses, mentoring, coaching, workshops, sessions, digital materials, and other services are nonrefundable once purchased.
Failure to attend, participate, complete coursework, schedule available sessions, or use purchased services does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
3. Retreat & Tour Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated on the specific retreat or tour description, retreat and tour packages may include:
Accommodations
Meals specified in the itinerary
Transportation and/or logistics within the retreat destination
Listed workshops, sessions, ceremonies, classes, excursions, and activities
Yoga, meditation, holistic, spiritual, or personal development experiences where specified
International airfare to and from the destination is not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each retreat or tour page should be reviewed carefully for the exact inclusions and exclusions applicable to that experience.
4. Health, Fitness & Safety
By participating in an applicable offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate safely.
For retreats, tours, and in person experiences, you may be required to walk, bend, climb stairs, participate in physical activities, travel over uneven terrain, enter water, or tolerate varying weather and environmental conditions, including heat.
You accept responsibility for your health, wellbeing, decisions, and participation.
Our services and offerings are intended for wellness, education, personal development, spiritual exploration, and personal growth. They are not substitutes for professional medical care, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.
You agree to disclose relevant health or medical information when necessary for the safe delivery of an experience.
Travel Life Collective, LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse participation when we reasonably believe participation may present a safety risk to the participant, facilitators, contractors, vendors, or other participants.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, ethically, and responsibly.
Participants must respect facilitators, practitioners, contractors, fellow participants, local communities and cultures, venues, property, and the environment.
Harassment, threatening conduct, unsafe behavior, discrimination, intentional disruption, or behavior that substantially interferes with the safety or experience of others may result in removal from an offering.
Travel Life Collective, LLC reserves the right to remove a participant from a retreat, event, program, community, course, or other offering when their conduct is reasonably determined to be harmful, threatening, disruptive, or unsafe.
Removal for violation of these standards does not entitle the participant to a refund.
